Tutorial question

Hi everyone,
I've got a tutorial progress question. I hope that this is the right place for it. My FA has me focusing on exercises for N3 first but when I go into the exercises and hacks for N3 it reminds me to focus on the rear 2 networks first. Should I read though tutorials 5 and 6 first for the context of tutorial 7 and N3 or just go right in and start doing N3 work?

thanks

Re: Tutorial question

I think only you can know, but I will share my experience.

My FA said I needed to work on N1/N2 first, and so I did a lot of work in this area before I moved on to working on N3.   I didn't notice dramatic differences from the N1/N2 work*, but did once I started working on the N3 exercises.  I think now, that I could have started on N3 much earlier than I did, but I am a very methodical person.
Your list of hobbies, (wildcrafting, martial arts, guitar) as well as your FA indicate that you have some solid development in N1/N2 networks already.

*exception being the implementation of natural sleep.  This made a very dramatic improvement.

Re: Tutorial question

Thanks for describing your experience. So far I have really liked the N3 exercises. I think that I'll keep going and read over N1/N2 when I get a chance. Can you tell me a little more about what you mean by dramatic differences?

Re: Tutorial question

dramatic was an ill chosen word.
Please replace with "clearly identified"

best,

Re: Tutorial question

Hi dudes,
It should be added; because earlier networks are foundational requirements for developing N3, working on N1 & N2 IS helping to develop N3, just as working on N3 is helping to develop N4, 5 & 6. Physical exercise, good sleep and good nutrition for example, are not just helping the body or N1&2, but helping the whole brain.
Best,
AR
