Hi folks,
Just up -new article on this topic, in the Basics section of NHA Library.
We get a lot of questions from students based on stuff they have read online and when we follow up the reference we find an unreliable source, and sometimes absolute nonsense. As Nhers we must be rationally cautious in our truth-hunting and always select the most reliable sources it is possible to find.
Humans are notoriously trusting when taking in new ideas, and a healthy balance between doubt and belief can only be sought with reliable data. Hopefully this article should inspire some critical thinking when selecting sources of information about the brain and mind, and neuroscience in general.
Enjoy,
AR
