2020 Winter Solstice

Dies Natalis Solis Invicti, Makar Sankranti, Yaldā, Yule, Korochun, Ziemassvētki, Alban Arthan, Shalako, Sanghamitta, Brugalia, Northern Winter Solstice....
Warm greetings to all, and happy celebrations of this annual cosmic event.

For me this has been a particularly memorable year,
partly because 2020 is a repeating number,
partly because some virus thing happened/is happening somewhere,
Partly because I finally finished the Tutorials! (first pass anyway!)

But mostly because this year I've made some great achievements in personal growth and self autonomy, and it feels like I'm starting not just a new chapter, but an entire new book with a completely different plot line. One I write out myself as I flow along.
This in large part is due to the people who have contributed to this site, and who keep its wealth of knowledge made available.

Eternal thanks, and best to all.

Keep partying on dudes, cool

Re: 2020 Winter Solstice

...And a very happy everything from me too.

I'm feeling optimistic and it's nice to hear that others are too.
Just to share some fun, if you don't have synesthesia you may like to know that 2021 is dark green, black and white, looks like a forest through night goggles, and smells of tin.

...sounds like fun! I'm in.
Love & peace,
AR

Re: 2020 Winter Solstice

Hello friends of ol'

long time no see... must have missed that one...

all my wishes for your new book then, Robert, it sounds groovey ;)

for my part, after ten years, I can finally contemplate the full story arch specifications* of the quadrilogy I hope to have the time to fully implement before the end. I'm entering now the final implementation phase (i.e. I'm starting to type the whole shabang... first chapter is on). I hope the saying about "writing the structure of the book represents 50% of the whole thing" is actually true... (not sure of the idiotic form of it, sorry about that)

(for the readers of PON, don't worry, I'm not forgetting the piece, and I seek to put the next chapter online pretty soon)

Wow...! This ship is pretty dusty Cap'... d'better find some broom somewhere...

*: which fits on a full A4 landscape page (so, strictly to-the-point, point-by-point thingy... smile
